Gotcha — this should read like an actual customer review on their website, including the overall purchase experience, not just a product review.

I really wanted to love this purchase because the concept behind the articulating arms is great. The multiple positions add a lot of versatility to the functional trainer, but unfortunately the overall experience and quality have been disappointing.

After waiting over three months, dealing with multiple delays, shipping issues, and then receiving incorrect cables, I finally received the correct cables and was able to install the arms.

Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match what I expected after such a long wait. The arms are wobbly, some of the welding is very rough, I received bent components, the locking pins don’t feel very secure, and the adjustment knobs continually loosen and screw themselves off during use.

I will give Echo credit for eventually working with me to resolve the shipping/cable issues and providing some conoensation. Their customer service did make an effort to make things right.

Overall, great idea and great potential, but the quality control and execution need significant improvement. I like Echo’s equipment, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

I purchased the upgraded articulating arm attachments, but unfortunately, they tend to get stuck during use. The guide rods have plenty of grease.

The paint quality appears used and dirty right out of the box.

The arms are not very sturdy when adjusting to different positions. I don’t think this product is worth an additional $500.

They bend under a lot of weight, one of the aluminum pulleys wabbles a lot. But overall it’s good.
