Poor customer service. Product listing is misleading. At the time of purchase it said it came with a "Lat Seat" which ended up being their foot plate/leg holder instead of their actual Lat Seat. Also, pulley ratios were listed in Specifications as 1:1 and 2:1, but the machine is actually just 1:1 everywhere. customer service brushed me off and ghosted. They did update the product listing though.

TL;DR - I highly recommend this all in one trainer power rack (plus attachments) because the dedicated lat tower is extremely compelling and it's the best value I've found across the internet for around ~$2.2k

Pros:
+ Value for an all in one trainer/combo rack (it's cheaper than the Blazzed Fitness HD1), this is such an amazing deal for ~$2.2k, you can't find anything around this price for the quality and offerings
+ # of Attachments
+ storage
+ trolleys are interchangeable so you can install the height selector/trigger on the outside or inside (the instructions say you should install the trigger on the inside but it doesn't matter)
+ peg board (so it's better and more customizable than the Blazzed Fitness HD1)
+ storage pegs for plates (their other all in one trainers don't have this option or 1" holes for the back two uprights so it's absolutely necessary if you want to use this as a power rack as well) and not mention the two back uprights are also 3x3 ,1" holes so it's standard for 1" rack attachments.
+ the lat tower feels heavier than any other functional trainer I've used, this really is 1:1 for the 200lb weight stack
+ the rack attachments for these are more refined than the ones offered on their other all-in-one trainers and it shows

Cons:
- Instructions are absolutely awful so I attached some photos with how the cables should be routed (color coded) to make it easier for you. Blue is for lat tower cabling. Red is for trolley arms cabling.
- the lat seat/low row foot plate rack attachment is just padding for your legs to hold you down, it's not a lat bench seat like the one that's included with the Blazzed Fitness HD1 package
- the cable attachments are chrome coated which flake/scratch very easily
- compared to the Centr3/Inspire Fitness SF3, the pulleys + guide rods on this machine are bit more sticky and feel less smooth even after I wiped with silicone lubricant on the guide rods
- all of my weight stack stickers are coming off already after a day (I have their leg extension/leg curl machine as well but that one uses different stickers and those haven't come off)

I’m really happy I went ahead with this purchase. The thing is incredibly sturdy and should last me for ages. The only downside was the build instructions, which could use some improvement, but the Echo strength customer service team was fantastic and answered all my questions to help me complete the build.
