The quick bad info: large foot-print, heavy, have to deal with crate disposal, very expensive compared to other brands using the exact same design
The quick good info: much easier to put together than the leg adduction/abduction machine

What I like: Leg Extensions.. feels good and natural

What I don't like (Really, really don't like and why I am giving it two stars and wouldn't recommend this thing) Leg Curls

I'm surprised this thing has good reviews. I absolutely can't stand doing leg curls on this. Beside the stomach pad feeling like laying on a rock and besides that pad being a lot wobblier than I expected with this thing costing more than twice as much as other brands, the leg curl positioning is useless. The motion is so out of whack I have to start the pad at the top of my calf and let it roll all the way to my ankle. That is the only way I can go the full curl motion. I recommend staying away from this machine if curls are your thing.

The assembly instructions continue to be terrible (though this was far easier than the hip abduction machine) but there were some steps in the right direction, the hardware was laid out (without labels) in a plastic sheet, vs. randomly thrown in a plastic bag. The quality and value of the machines at this price point continues to be top notch though. The movement feels smooth and commercial. It makes it worth the garbage instructions.

All in all, very good machine. I only gave 4 stars because of the large footprint and lack of assy instructions. I would recommend the weight stack option if you have limited space.

The machine Is fantastic, I bought it because i saw a review video from “Luke’s garage gym” I really like how smooth and strong it is, theres a detail tho, on the video the machine he was using had a different pin, to hold the arm that carries the weight, i would like to have the same pin that way I can elimínate the deadzone the resistance has!
